Description
Leaching tanks refer to a liquid-solid reactor that realizes leaching operation at normal pressure and below 373K K. Leaching tanks widely used in nonferrous metal extraction metallurgy mainly include infiltration tank, compressed air stirring tank, mechanical stirring tank, air-mechanical combined stirring tank and Kammeyer tower.
Features
1)The more the number of leaching tanks, the higher the leaching efficiency.
2)Energy saving: the leaching tanks can be arranged according to the height, so that the liquid can flow by gravity, thus saving the use of pumps and consuming less solvent and power during leaching.
3)Strong adaptability: the leaching tank is suitable for treating porous and sandy materials.
4)Structural features: the leaching tank is usually made of metal, and the inner wall is lined with corrosion-resistant materials such as lead skin, glass fiber reinforced plastic, diabase board or ceramic tile.

Advantages
1. Efficient extraction of target metals or compounds.
2. The equipment structure is firm and suitable for harsh working environment.
3. Different types of leaching tanks can be selected according to process requirements.
4. Widely used in many industries, with strong flexibility.
Working Principle
Loading the ore or material to be treated into a leaching tank, adding a chemical solvent into the tank, fully contacting the solvent with the material through a stirring device, dissolving the target metal or compound, dissolving the target metal or compound from the solid material into the liquid at a set temperature and pressure, and discharging the solution containing the target metal after leaching, and further processing to extract the metal.
Application
Leaching tanks are widely used in zinc hydrometallurgy, gold mines, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries.
