Working Principle
The impact crusher is a type of crushing machine that utilizes impact energy to break down materials. During operation, the rotor rotates at high speed driven by the motor. When materials enter the impact zone of the hammer plate, they collide with the hammer plate on the rotor and are crushed. The materials are then thrown into the impact device for further crushing and rebound back to the hammer plate zone to be crushed again. This process repeats continuously. Materials are progressively reduced in size as they pass through the first, second, and third impact chambers until they reach the desired particle size and are discharged through the outlet.
