Working Principle

High efficiency thickener realizes solid-liquid separation through gravity sedimentation. After the pulp is mixed with flocculant, it enters the thickener through the central vertical tube, and the pulp spreads around under the guidance of the guide plate and enters the pre-formed sludge settling layer. Flocculants and particles in the pulp form flocs and settle to the bottom, while the liquid rises through the sediment layer to form clear liquid. The rake pushes the dense pulp to the central sludge outlet hood and discharges it by gravity or pump.
