Description
In the flotation machine, the pulp treated by adding chemicals is aerated by stirring, so that some ore particles are selectively fixed on bubbles; Float to the surface of pulp and scraped out to form foam products.

Working Principle
Flotation machine is mainly based on the contact and adhesion difference between mineral particles and bubbles in flotation tank. Flotation machine fully mixes pulp and air through mechanical stirring device, and generates a large number of tiny bubbles, which contact and adhere to mineral particles, thus realizing the separation of minerals.
Application
Flotation machine is mainly used to separate non-ferrous metals such as copper, zinc, lead, nickel and gold, and can also be used for roughing and cleaning ferrous metals and nonmetals.
