Description
Hydro cyclone consists of a hollow cylinder at the upper part and an inverted cone communicated with the cylinder at the lower part, which form the working cylinder of the hydro cyclone. In addition, the auxiliary equipment of hydro cyclone includes feed pipe, overflow pipe, overflow conduit and grit port.

Working Principle
Hydro cyclone is mainly used for classification, separation, concentration and desliming in mineral processing industry. When hydro cyclone is used as classification equipment, it is mainly used to form grinding classification system with mill; When used as desliming equipment, it can be used for desliming in gravity separation plant; When used as concentration and dehydration equipment, it can be used to concentrate mineral tailings and send them to fill underground mining tunnels.
Application
Widely used in mining, chemical industry, environmental protection and other fields, especially in wet mineral processing, sewage treatment and other aspects.
